You are invited to submit a poster abstract for the 2023 Poster Session at the 2023 CALTCM Summit for Excellence. This is a unique opportunity to showcase your research findings, innovative projects, or novel ideas to a diverse audience in post-acute and long-term care (PALTC).

The 2023 CALTCM Summit for Excellence aims to bring together professionals and fellows/students from various disciplines to foster collaboration, exchange knowledge, and stimulate discussions on cutting-edge advancements in PALTC. Poster presentations offer an excellent platform to visually present your research in a concise and engaging manner. By sharing your work as a poster, you will have the chance to interact with attendees, receive valuable feedback, establish new connections, and gain recognition within the academic community. CALTCM values the contributions of all participants, and we encourage submissions from both experienced researchers and students alike.

Mentors are available to assist you with every step. Posters will be judged and prizes for the top three posters will be awarded during the summit.

The submission deadline for poster proposals is Friday, June 30, 2023.

We are soliciting posters in the following topic areas:

• Clinical Research (qualitative or quantitative).
• Quality Improvement (process that improves care in post-acute and long-term care).
• Clinical Vignettes (illustrative case study).
• Grassroots or new approaches to challenges in PALTC.

ALL health professionals who work with older adults in PALTC are eligible to submit an abstract. Commercial posters are not eligible.
