Dr. Xiong: I trained as an internist and psychiatrist, with CMD. I used to work primarily in inpatient settings and now primarily work in subacute and post-acute settings. I have been in practice for nearly 20 years since residency training.

CALTCM is offering a unique opportunity for skilled nursing facilities (SNFs) to strengthen their leadership teams through our Leadership and Management in Geriatrics course. CALTCM is seeking 2-3 nursing homes who are interested in receiving a training scholarship to participate in this high-impact program.
Effective leadership in skilled nursing facilities is a critical factor in delivering high-quality care, improving clinical outcomes, and fostering a positive workplace culture. Strong leadership can:
