Dr. XiongI trained as an internist and psychiatrist, with CMD. I used to work primarily in inpatient settings and now primarily work in subacute and post-acute settings.  I have been in practice for nearly 20 years since residency training.

Seeking Skilled Nursing Facilities for Training Scholarship

CALTCM is offering a unique opportunity for skilled nursing facilities (SNFs) to strengthen their leadership teams through our Leadership and Management in Geriatrics course. CALTCM is seeking 2-3 nursing homes who are interested in receiving a training scholarship to participate in this high-impact program.

Effective leadership in skilled nursing facilities is a critical factor in delivering high-quality care, improving clinical outcomes, and fostering a positive workplace culture. Strong leadership can:

Our commitment to improving patient outcomes, supporting professional development, and shaping public policy has made a lasting impact on countless lives. 

Looking ahead, we will continue to advance post-acute and long-term care medicine, championing policies that benefit our patients and facilities, while fostering innovation and collaboration.
