A special conference rate of $349* per night for single or double occupancy plus applicable taxes is available to program participants. Room block is on a first come, first served basis.  To reserve your room, please call Hotel Reservations at (888) 965-7090. Identify yourself as a participant of the California Association of Long-Term Care Medicine 2024 CALTCM Summit for Excellence to receive this special conference rate. The reservation deadline is Friday, August 30, 2024. Reservations in the group room block are subject to rate and space availability.  Group rate is honored three days before and after the main arrival/departure dates based on availability.

*Additional Fees:

  • Gratuities:  There will be a mandatory $5.00 per room/per night housekeeping gratuity applied to all individual folios.
  • Resort Fee: A daily resort fee will be applied per night of your stay.  The Meritage is offering a discounted resort fee of $25.00 per night, plus tax.
    • The resort fee includes:
      • One Bottle of Signature wine;
      • High speed WiFi;
      • 24-hour fitness studio access;
      • In-room coffee and tea;
      • Fax and local calls;
      • Daily electronic newspaper via PressReader.

  • Overnight Parking Rates: Self-Parking $10.00 / Valet $20.00 per vehicle/per night
