4th Annual Poster Session
CALTCM 38th Annual Meeting: May 11-12, 2012

We are pleased to announce our 4th Annual Poster Session. You are invited to submit a proposal to present at the upcoming CALTCM Annual Meeting in Los Angeles, California! The submission deadline for poster proposals has been extended to Monday April 16th, 2012. 

We are soliciting posters in one of the following three topic areas:

1. Clinical Research (qualitative or quantitative)
2. Quality Improvement (process that improves care for frail elders)
3. Clinical Vignettes (illustrative case study)

We are particularly interested in soliciting work that demonstrates the following:

• Grassroots approaches to solving quality issues in the nursing home
• New approaches to common medical conditions in frail elders
• Solutions to unusual situations in long-term care

ALL health professionals who work with older adults in long term care are eligible!
